What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

I have a lymphocyte count of 1.08 or 15.9%, Wcc is 6.78 Neutrophils 76.9% or 5.21 Monocytes 5% or 0.34 Eosinophils 1.9% or 0.13 Basophils 0.3% or 0.02 I am 4 weeks pregnant. Bloods were taken last week when I was 3 weeks? Should I be worried about low 1,08 reading?

Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

Your CBC(complete blood count) report looks almost normal and nothing abnormal in it to worry.
Your neutrophils are slightly increased and correspondingly lymphocyte are decreased. This is not a matter of concern and it might be due to minor infections or fever. So low lymphocyte count is not a matter of concern.
All other parameters are normal and nothing to worry in it.

You can try a mnemonic to memorize the proportion of various white cell components.
"Never Let Monkeys Eat Bananas", first letter of each word stand for neutrophil, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, and basophils. The percentage is 60%, 30%, 6%, 3%, 1%.
Drink plenty of water to keep yourself re hydrated.
Thanks.
Dr.Shinas
